1. When you receive your Birthday Party in a Box it will contain everything you need! We suggest setting up 1-2 tables to display the hats and your decoration station. Give yourself around 45 minutes for set-up. Your Birthday Party in a Box will include examples of how to display everything to make it easy to use and appealing for your guests.

2. When your guests arrive you can invite them to select a hat they like and then give them ideas for how to decorate it. Maybe it needs a boa wrapped around the band? Maybe feathers streaming out? Look at the examples we provide for easy ideas! and decorate a hat. What we find happens is magical and seriously fun. Your guests will have a blast getting super creative and inspiring one another. You can ask creative friends and family and helpers to assist your guests as the decorate their hats. (Young children need assistance with the hot glue guns.)

3. Plan on presenting your Birthday VIP with their own, hand-decorated hat, to the toasts and cheers of all your guests!
